EARRING CARE
Use a soft cloth to clean. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or water-- don't wear them in the shower!

CLOTHING CARE
Printed designs are heat-sealed so they can be washed or brave the elements. A washing machine should be fine, but I would recommend air drying rather than popping anything in the dryer.Β 

PACKAGING
To cut down on excess and waste, rubber stoppers and backer cards are optional. Think of it like plastic utensils with your takeout order! If you don't want or need them, PLEASE SAY SO in the "special instruction" field of your cart. A backer card will automatically come with rubber stoppers.Β 

I do my best to package orders with recycled materials like coupon mailers, old periodicals, or previously used packing paper.

FULFILLMENT + DELIVERY
Please allow 3-5 days for me to hand-make your order. I will provide a fulfillment estimate for custom garment orders at the time of the consultation.

I ship via USPS, and all shipping rates are calculated depending on where you live. The default method for non-clothing orders is First Class Mail, which is inexpensive and usually arrives within 1-5 business days. However, First Class Mail does NOT provide tracking. If you'd like to be able to track your package, or it includes clothing, Ground Advantage is a similarly inexpensive option. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are also available if you need expedited shipping (arriving in 1-2 business days).

Outside the US? Shopify makes this pretty tricky so. Please reach out to me directly via the contact page and we'll figure something out together.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
I accept exchanges within 15 days of purchase if the item arrived damaged or was otherwise defective. Please use the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email to get in touch with me regarding lost or damaged orders. You will be asked to provide pictures to verify that the items are damaged or defective. Without picture evidence, I will not process an exchange. If your order is lost in transit, I will work with you to either replace it or refund you.
